We offer wholesale for small quantities of plants. We use a group order method, allowing us to combine multiple orders of the same plant to achieve a larger quantity and thus a lower price. This way, you can enjoy wholesale prices even when purchasing small quantities of plants. Each month, several plants are available
Our company collaborates with greenhouses in China, Thailand, and Indonesia to offer high-quality plant wholesale and purchasing services. We provide a variety of plants in different sizes and price ranges to meet diverse customer needs.
*All plants will shipping 3rd country to our Thailand greenhouse, with soil. we ensure the health and safety of the plants. we wash the roots and pack them in sphagnum moss two days before shipping to U.S.
*For relatively rare and expensive plants, we offer a personalized one-on-one selection service. We provide detailed photos and prices for you to choose from. For plants priced below $100, we usually provide a general photo to show you size, and specific photos are sent for confirmation before payment.

Wholesale Customer Policy
1. Purchase Policy
- **Product Selection**: Customers can join our Facebook group, where we regularly update our plant inventory. You can inquire about prices in the group or provide us with the names of the plants you are interested in, and we will offer quotes for different sizes.
- **Special Quotes**: For plants priced over $100, we will provide a one-on-one service, offering multiple plants for you to choose from, ensuring that you receive the exact plant you paid for.
- **Standard Quotes**: For plants priced under $100, we will provide images showing the size of the plant, and after you confirm the quantity, we will send you pictures of the specific plants for you to confirm and make the payment.
2. Payment Methods
- **Accepted Payment Methods**: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
- **Payment Security**: We implement strict security measures to ensure the safety of your payment information.
3. Shipping Policy
- **Delivery Areas**: We currently offer nationwide delivery services, including international shipping and domestic shipping within the United States.
- **Delivery Time**: Generally, orders for both international and domestic shipping will be delivered within 5-7 business days after we shipping . Delays may occur during holidays or due to special circumstances.

- **Shipping Insurance**: For domestic shipping within the United States, we purchase additional shipping insurance to ensure that any damage occurring during transit can be promptly addressed and compensated.(except VIrginia Beach area group truck service, pickup in Virginia Beach pickup location)
4. Return and Refund Policy
- **Imported Plants**: Imported plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold. However, if you find the plant dead within 24 hours of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement plant in your next purchase Or we can give you a return label to send us back in US location.
- **Damaged Plants**: If the plant is significantly damaged during transit, you can request a return. We will cover the return shipping cost and refund the price of the individual plant.
- **Return Process**: Please send photos of the damaged plant to our customer service email, along with your order number and a detailed description. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return process.
- **Return Shipping**: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You just need to pack the dead or severely damaged plant, and use the provided shipping label to return it to us.
- **Refund Process**: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is confirmed, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

- **Imported Plant Risk Notice**: Imported plants may arrive with leaf damage or partial root rot. Therefore, please inspect the roots of the plant upon receipt and trim the roots as needed.
