Return Policies
1. Return Conditions:
• If the received plants do not match the description or are seriously damaged during transit, customers can request a return.
• Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the plants.
2. Return Process:
• Customers need to take photos of the damaged plants and contact our customer service team.
• After confirmation, we will provide the return label and related instructions.
3. Refunds:
• Once we receive the returned plants and confirm the issue, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
• The refund amount includes the cost of the plants and part of the shipping fees (depending on the situation).
Important Notes
• We do not accept return requests for minor leaf damage caused by unavoidable reasons during transit.
• As plants are live items, please check and properly place them as soon as they are received to ensure their health.
